The Manager's Report focuses on how to use your strengths to release the individual employees and teams of the company to achieve the vision set forth by the leader. Managers still lead and leaders still manage. The Leader Report will focus more on determining what the job is whereas the Manager Report will focus more on getting the job done.

1. Meet with Melissa

If you have not already, meet with Melissa via Zoom to clarify your goals as well as determine which package best fits your goals

2. Obtain Your Report

Once you share with Melissa which package you would like to engage, you can take the assessment on Gallup's website or request Melissa send you a code.

3. Schedule Your Session(s)

Once you have completed and shared your assessment and your Coaching Agreement has been returned to Melissa, schedule your first official session and prepare for a fruitful time together!
