FAQ: How is the Leader's Report and Manager's Report different? The Leader's Report focuses more on using your strengths to cast vision, notice patterns, and determine strategic ways forward. The Manager's Report focuses on how to use your strengths to release the individual employees and teams of the company to achieve the vision set forth by the leader. Managers still lead and leaders still manage. The Leader Report will focus more on determining what the job is whereas the Manager Report will focus more on getting the job done.

Cost and Number of Sessions:

• Packages are customized according to the objectives of the team or group as well as the number of participants. Once your objectives are clarified, you will know the options available to you and the costs before signing up.
• The standard offering is four, two-hour sessions spaced over 4-8 weeks. However, customized options are readily available! The bottom line for me is that you and your team reach the goals you have for Strengths Coaching.
• Leaders may opt for additional personalized Leadership Strengths Coaching following the Team Coaching Sessions to further empower a Strengths culture.

FAQ: What is the difference between a team and a group?

• A team works together at the same company to achieve a common objective. Groups are formed of individuals from several companies, but all of the individuals share a common characteristics (all of the participants are in sales, for instance).

Team and Group Coaching can use any of the reports, although engaging the Full 34 report (linked above) is most common.

Once you have completed and shared your assessment and your Coaching Agreement has been returned to Melissa, schedule your first official session and prepare for a fruitful time together!
