- A 60-90 minute Parent/Educator Strengths Session where you learn specifically how to leverage your strengths as a parent and educator of your child.

- Depending on the size of your family and ages of your children, likely on a different day, a 60-90 minute interactive session as a family understanding each person's strengths and discerning how to use those strengths as you learn together this coming year.

- A 60 minute Parent/Educator follow-up conversation 3-6 months following the joint family session to celebrate progress, answer questions, and establish new goals for leveraging strengths.

The beauty of Strengths is that they are meant to be powerfully applied, propelling you forward into intentional action where it matters most and helping you to overcome the toughest challenges.

Individual Package

• A 90 minute Strengths Session to understand your Strengths and discern ways to leverage them as well as overcome challenges in educating.
• A 60 minute follow-up Strengths Session sometime during the three months following the initial conversation to celebrate progress towards your goals as well as discern the next steps in applying your Strengths.

Cost for the package of two sessions above: $250 + tax and assessment

• BONUS: For those who complete the first session session above, add on a 60-90 minute session with the focus of understanding your student's strengths, gaining insight on how your and your student's strengths mesh with yours, and discerning ways to better engage their strengths in your family's education journey.

Cost: $150 + tax and children's assessment(s)

Group Package
Do you have a group of friends with whom you'd like to interact as you learn about your strengths and together discover how to better leverage them as you lead and educate your children? Gather at least six educators together for a memorable group Strengths Session.

• An interactive and fast-paced 2-hour Group Strengths Session where each person will get the opportunity to learn and share with others insights on better leveraging strengths as an educator.
  

Cost: $75 per person + tax and assessment

• BONUS #1: Individually dive deeper into your strengths following the group session by engaging a 60-90 minute one on one follow-up Strengths Session to celebrate progress towards your goals as well as discern the next steps in applying your Strengths.

• BONUS #2: Individually dive deeper into how to better leverage your and your student's unique strengths combination by engaging a 60-90 minute one on one follow-up Strengths Session to  discern the next steps in leveraging your joint Strengths.

Ages 15-25

Whether you are college-bound or career-bound,
have a sense of what you want to do or are still exploring,
understanding your strengths can better prepare you for the road ahead.

Package Includes:

- A 60-90 minute Strengths Session where you learn specifically how to leverage your strengths in your educational and life pursuits

- Three 60-minute follow-up coaching conversations -- once a month for three months -- following the initial Strength session to celebrate progress and discern next steps for leveraging strengths.

Cost: $450 + tax and assessment

- College and College-bound students ages 16+ engage the CliftonStrengths for Students
- Career and Career-bound Young Adults engage the CliftonStrengths
