  • At a quick pace, the SYMBIS assessment can be unpacked in four 90-minute sessions.
  • At a steady pace, the SYMBIS assessment can be unpacked in six 90-minute sessions.
  • Additional sessions can be added on as desired.

  • Also, if you took the SYMBIS as a premarital couple, I would not advise taking the SYMBIS+. In that situation, I would recommend the Enrich or Gottman Check-up

  • At a steady pace, the SYMBIS assessment can be unpacked in six 90-minute sessions.

Option #3: The Gottman Checkup

  • Based on 50 years of research, gain clarity on what habits are supporting life-long love and which habits to improve
  • Gain clarity and clear explanations on the most critically important dimensions of your relationship
  • NOTE: This assessment takes 1-2 hours to complete.  It is more clinical in nature and as such, does not have a sample report for consideration.
  • For a lighter assessment, consider the Gottman Assessment which takes 20 minutes and covers 5 of the most critically important areas of your relationship

  • The cost of the assessment is $39 per couple.
  • Often times, it is advised to pair the results of this assessment with the eight-week Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work course.

If you have not already, connect with Melissa over Zoom to clarify your goals as well as determine which assessment you would like to engage

2. Take your assessment

Once you share with Melissa which assessment you would like to use, she will send you an invitation email to take your preferred assessment as well as your Coaching Agreement.

3. Schedule Your Session(s)

Once your assessment is complete and your Coaching Agreement has been returned to Melissa, schedule your first official session and prepare for a fruitful time together!
